Banquet and Breakfast Choices

There are three choices available for the banquet on Saturday night. All entrees include choice of salad, fresh seasonal vegetables, roll with butter, dessert, coffee, tea, decaf or iced tea.
- Grilled Salmon -- Filet of salmon finished with lemon butter. Served with rice pilaf.
- London Broil -- Finished with sauce bordelaise. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. This entree is available cooked Medium only.
- Vegetarian Dinner -- Pasta Primavera, linguine and fresh vegetables sauteed with garlic and cream. Finished with grated parmesan cheese.
The breakfast served Sunday morning is buffet style. Breakfast includes coffee, tea and chilled fruit juices. The buffet will serve scrambled eggs with cheese, grilled bacon and sausage, home fried potatoes, sliced seasonal fresh fruit, and a bakery assortment with butter and fruit preserves.
