- Added overall convention schedule to web site

- The convention is working with the Radiosport Games (sponsored by the US branch of the FriendshipAmateur Radio Society (FARS-USA)) to invite the visiting DXers participating in the games to visit the convention. We don't have a specific schedule yet but it could provde to be quite interesting.
- In the Friday night hospitality suite, the convention will host our monthly QSL Bureau card sort. Come on by and watch the excitement.

2008 Pacific Northwest DX Convention - Aug 1-3, 2008

The WVDXC is proud to host the 53rd annual Pacific Northwest DX Convention to be held August 1-3, 2008 in Portland, OR. Join us for technical sessions, prizes, DXCC card checking, food and fun.
The convention will be held at the Monarch Hotel in SE Portland. Links to the hotel's home page and a map are shown on the left side of this page. The Monarch Hotel has a special rate of $93 per night for convention go'ers. Ask for the "Northwest DX Convention" rate when calling for a reservation.
