An applicant for membership must hold a valid amateur radio license, and have a sincere interest in the radio arts of DXing, Contesting, and/or DXpeditions.

For paper applications, the completed WVDXC Membership application and fees must be mailed to the club address, or be submitted to the club secretary or other club officer.  New members are elected by a majority vote of a quorum of members at a regular club meeting. In the event an applicant is NOT approved for membership, payment of ALL fees and dues submitted with the application will be promptly refunded.
